Welcome to Plus Photo Hub.(https://plusphotohub.com) It is a stock photos platform where’s people can share and download free or Chargeable content with no royalties. These Terms of Service, called Terms, cover the https://plusphotohub.com site. They also include linked sites, software, mobile apps, plug-ins, and other services run by Plus Photo Hub. We call all this the Service.
These Terms set the rules of Plus Photo Hub. We use we, our, or Plus Photo Hub for ourselves. You, your, or User means you. In some cases, these Terms also apply between users. When you use the Service, such as downloading content or adding your own content or messages:
You agree to these Terms. They form a legal deal between you and us. You promise you have the full right and power to follow these Terms. You can meet all your duties in them.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Kids cannot use the Service without direct okay from a parent, guardian, or other adult. That adult must agree to these Terms. A child means anyone under 13 years old. Or it could be the lowest age to consent to data handling in their country. Note that in India, it is 18.
We can change these Terms anytime, at our choice. This includes ending or altering the licenses in them. If we make changes, we post the latest version here. We try to give fair notice for big changes that hurt your rights or Service use. We decide what counts as big. Notice might come through the Service, direct message there, or a post on our public forum. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
Content.
In these Terms, Content means items on or added to the Service. It skips paid ads or sponsored stuff from others. We have no say over those and give no license for them. Content covers these, but not only:
Images, like photos, vector art, drawings, and illustrations. Videos, such as moving pictures, animations, film clips, and other video or sound items. Audio, including music, sounds, effects, and other audio items. Other Media, any visual or audio items or mixes of both. This includes related text, captions, descriptions, or metadata in each.
Communications.
Plus Photo Hub offers tools on the Service to let you connect with it and other users. For example, by:
Creating Buyers accounts and vendor accounts through email address and other details like address phone no date of birth etc. So Through our messaging tool. Any other messages you send via the Service. We call all this Communications.
CC0 license.
Some content you can download on the Service falls under the Creative Commons Zero, or CC0, license. We call this CC0 Content. It includes any item with a publish date before January 9, 2019. Under law, the creators put it in the public domain as much as possible. They give up all copyright rights worldwide, plus related ones. Follow the CC0 rules, and you can use it for personal or business needs. No need to credit the creator or Plus Photo Hub
Content License granted to you for Content other than CC0 Content.
As long as you avoid the Prohibited Uses below, which you agree not to do, downloading non-CC0 Content from the Service gives you rights. These are forever, worldwide, non-exclusive, and free of royalties. You can keep, use, copy, change, or adjust the Content for business or personal aims. We call this the Content License. It lasts as long as law allows. Non-exclusive means we can give the same rights to others for that Content. To be clear, you get no rights to other users’ Communications.
You agree these are Prohibited Uses. Your license depends on you not doing them.
You cannot sell or share the Content alone, in digital or physical form. This means as an image, audio, video, NFT, or other file. Not through stock sites either. Nor as prints, wallpapers, posters, on goods, or other items.
Standalone means no real creative changes. It stays mostly as is from the Service. Examples help:
Using it as original, or just with a filter, color shift, resize, or crop counts as Standalone. Mixing it with images, videos, audio, text, art, backgrounds, or edits makes a new work. That is not Standalone, if it creates something fresh.
If Content shows trademarks, logos, or brands in 2D or 3D, skip business use for goods or services. Do not print it on items for sale.
Do not use Content in bad or illegal ways. This is key for items with real people. Avoid pairing it with porn, rude, or shocking stuff. That includes adult spots, escorts, drugs, dating, or showing illness or treatment. Also skip illegal, wrong, copying, slander, hate, threats, or lies. Do not use in politics, like pushing parties, candidates, or views. Follow all laws, rules, and codes. Do not harm anyone’s rights.
Do not use Content to trick or fool people. Examples include:
Making it seem a person, brand, group, or other endorses you or your stuff, without okay. Acting like you made the Content, or someone else owns it. This includes claiming you own or have sole rights.
Do not put Content into a trademark, design mark, business name, or service mark.
Beyond Prohibited Uses, know some Content, even CC0, may have extra rules.
