Content License Summary

Welcome to PLUS PHOTO HUB! Plusphotohub lets creators share royalty-free images, videos, audio, and other media. We call this “Content” all together. When you view, use, or add Content, you agree to follow our Content License.

We aim to keep it simple at Plusphotohub. That’s why we made this quick summary of our Content License. You can read the full version here. Remember, only the full license counts in court.

What can you do with Content?

As long as you avoid Prohibited Uses (listed below), the Content License lets you:

✓ Use Content free and premium content is chargeable

✓ Use Content without crediting the creator (though our community likes it when you do!)

✓ Change or build on Content to make new items

What can’t you do with Content?

These are the Prohibited Uses, such as:

✕ You can’t sell or share Content alone, in digital or physical form. Alone means you add no real changes, and it stays mostly like it is on our site.

✕ If Content shows clear trademarks, logos, or brands, you can’t use it for business tied to products or services. For example, you can’t put it on items like shirts to sell.

✕ You can’t use Content in bad or against-the-law ways, mainly if it shows real people.

✕ You can’t use Content to trick or fool others.

✕ You can’t turn Content into a trademark, design mark, business name, or service mark.

Some Content might have extra rights, like copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rules. It’s up to you to check if you need permission from others or a special license to use it.
